The Missing and Exploited Children's Association is a private, not for profit organization committed to raising public awareness in issues of child safety. It is an all-volunteer organization offering support to families of missing children and education to prevent children from being abducted and exploited. MECA also acts as a legislative advocate for missing and exploited children issues.
